Review of Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer - Week 2

Pin It now! So I'm finally getting around to reviewing week 2 of  Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer which is completely free on BodyBuilding.com. I'm currently on week 5, so I plan on catching up with reviews of week 3 and 4 this week as well...stay tuned!

I am still loving this workout!
So what can I say about week two...
Week 2 was easier as far as the diet goes. I had to change up a few things to make the eating times work for me. In week one I was having 5 egg whites and veggies for breakfast. I was just not happy with eating boiled egg whites and I do not have time to cook scrambled egg whites in the morning. So week two I actually made a chicken salad concoction. I boiled some chicken, shredded, it and added some dijon mustard, nonfat plain greek yogurt, celery, grapes, and pepper. I put this in a Joseph's Pita pocket which is made with oats and wheat flour. I heard of the Joseph's pita pocket on one of Jamie Eason's videos. They are pretty tasty and only 60 calories each. I eat half a pita pocket with the chicken and add in some lettuce. My husband thought it was so weird I was eating chicken salad for breakfast but I needed more substance first thing in the morning! I am a hungry girl when I wake up. In regards to everything else, I'm not really craving any junk food. I've had craving for steak but that's about it.
I am still loving the workouts in week 2. The workouts for week 2 are identical from week 1 so there were only 4 days of workouts and they did not take any more than 45 minutes. I started on a Monday, so the schedule was:
Monday - Chest & Triceps, Tuesday - Back & Biceps, Wednesday - Legs, and Thursday - Shoulders & Abs.

Still no cardio this week, which I'm not complaining about! I was not quite as sore this week and really feel like my muscles are responding already. I'm noticing my legs and arms feel tighter. I will admit that I felt a little run down by the end of the week. I think this is just because it's a new routine and my body is not used to weight training.

I'm still sleeping much better which is wonderful. I used to have a hard time falling and staying asleep.
So my review of the Live Fit Trainer as of week 2 is that it is still wonderful. I love it and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it!

I really went back and forth on whether to start this program for about a week before finally realizing that nothing negative could come from trying this. I really hope reviewing this will help some of you to decide to take the plunge!

I'm two days into week 5 now, so if you have any questions for what it is like going forward feel free to ask!
